Siberian ChipmunkNym came to us after being a classroom pet for a while. Nym didn't really enjoy living in a classroom, so her mom decided she would help educate children better if she did it "part time" with us, and lived the rest of the time here, in relative quiet. Nym is a Siberian Chipmunk, which are smaller than our native chipmunks, about 4 inches in length, with a tail of similar length. Siberian chipmunks also are lighter in color and have 5 stripes, alternating in color rather than the 4 that our native chipmunks have. Read more below the pictures:
