2009 ha been a VERY busy year! 

Here is a video of our first raptor release of the year, a juvenile red tailed hawk who came to us emaciated, but is now healthy and ready to go!

CLAWS released over 450 animal successfully in 2008!  We were honored to share just a bit of their lives with them and happy that they are now wild and free as they should be!

The baby barred owl passed mouse school with flying colors and came back to be released on July 16!

Then came the beaver.  Boy was he a joy....NOT.  Beautiful as he was, he sure didn't care for us much and loved to let us know!  His release was a joy to watch though, what a beautiful boy!!!

The releases continued as the summer went on.  Here are pre-release photos of the fawn going to the release pen.
